I'm Manura De Silva — Chief Operating Officer at Coderra and co-founder across the Taproot Associates group, building businesses in AI, real estate, inspections, agro and hospitality.

My engineering career includes over five years on the USD 1.2 billion Cinnamon Life project at John Keells Properties and remedial delivery at H Connect International in Sydney. I bring the same rigour to every venture: structure, quality and on-time execution.
