I'm Manura De Silva — Chief Operating Officer at Coderra, where I lead operational execution for an Australian agentic-AI company building production-grade products for businesses worldwide.

At Coderra I oversee day-to-day operations, delivery processes and cross-functional coordination — ensuring the company scales reliably across its product verticals, AISO and CommOps, and its distributed team in Australia and Sri Lanka.

Before Coderra I spent over five years at John Keells Properties on the USD 1.2 billion Cinnamon Life project, progressing from Civil Engineer to Project Engineer and Assistant Manager. I coordinated authority approvals, managed direct contracts and retrofit works, and led civil engineering teams through final guestroom inspections to hotel-operator standards.

I also deliver remedial engineering at H Connect International in Melbourne — NCC-compliant solutions from defect assessment through tender preparation and stakeholder management for property and strata clients.
